CLUB FAQ
Here are frequently asked questions about STEM night to clear up any doubts for clubs hosting booths at the event
How will the event be set up?
STEM Night will be held in the cafeteria. Each club will be assigned a table to set up its club booth (here's a previous floor plan). Your responsibility as a club is to keep the booth running for the duration of the event, with activities, demonstrations, etc. You should also include a display or poster explaining what your club is about.
Where do I find meeting slides & docs?
Club Meeting #1 slides can be found here (after meeting)
The Booth Planning doc can be found here.
If you're missing anything else, or haven't been receiving email updates from us, please don't hesitate to contact us!
How do we make a booth?
We recommend having a poster, an interactive activity, and a non-interactive demonstration for a balanced booth where everyone has something to do. Please be aware that there may be a wide range of ages in attendance and plan accordingly!
The Booth Planning doc is due via email by Wednesday, January 18th.
